Thanks for the post – glad you’re enjoying Codebase.

Just a couple of things you may not have noticed/known:

* You can customise your own ticket statuses – just pop into the Project Settings tab and click the ‘Statuses’ button about half way down the page.

* You can update time from tickets by simply adding an update and pressing ‘Add Type’ to the right of the button. What other integration would you like to see between tickets & time tracking?

* E-Mail integration in tickets is something I’m working on right now – our new notification centre should make things much cooler in that respect.

* We have a large new feature planned for the next few months which we hope will help with the Public Tickets concept.
